Plan to arrive early Monday, June 8th and depart the morning of Sunday, June 14th.

Tuition & Curriculum:

Tuition: VRA and ARLIS/NA members: $675; Non-Members: $775

Curriculum: The basic course offerings will remain much the same as for SEI 2008, with a few minor changes. Information on 2009 instructors and the syllabus will be added to this website as they become available. Until then you can reference the SEI 2009 curriculum site for an overview of what will be offered.

Registration & Cancellation:

 

Everyone must register online first, even if you are planning to pay by check and mail in your printed form later.

 

Registration is not complete until the Registration Form and Payment have been received and confirmed.

 

Institute Registration fee includes: all course materials and an evening reception.

 

Housing arrangements and meals are separate and you may also wish register for on-campus housing and/or meal plans at this time.

 

Institute attendance is limited to 45. Registration will be filled in order of receipt. Registration is complete only when accompanied by payment. A waiting list will be established in the event that the Institute fills.

Housing, Meals & Travel:

A block of rooms has been reserved on the Simmons College campus. 

  • Simmons Dorm ($ 360.00 for 6 nights, single occupancy with AC).
  • Meal Plan information ( $27.50 per person, per day for breakfast, lunch & dinner)

Cancellations:

There will be a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be requested from Jeanne M. Keefe, SEI Co-Chair, in writing by April 15, 2009 (postmarked no later than April 13th). There will be no refunds on registration, housing or meal plans after April 15 th.
